IT Support - what to do when you have a problem.

If you have an IT support query there are several steps that going through would hugely help both parties if followed before contacting the ICW office.

  1. Are you sure the problem is permanent? Quite often problems appear that only need a reboot to solve them. Please make sure you have rebooted your PC before contacting us.
  2. If it is a password problem, make sure you are typing it in correctly and haven't changed it recently.
  3. If you have no Internet access or the problem is that you have no Internet, there is unfortunately very little we can do remotely and you will be best served looking at local avenues for support.
  4. If you have a problem accessing the ICW email from an Internet Cafe, please check the relevant article here.

If you do need to contact support after checking these points, it's preferable to contact RunPCRun directly, rather than contacting the ICW office and passing information on.
