If you cannot access your Outlook Web Access email at

If you are having problems accessing the Outlook Webmail email system you can try using the service at
(this seems to be particularly when you are in an Internet cafes, there are known problems with Outlook Webmail a technology called a "Proxy" which some Internet Cafes use but do not always configure correctly)
Simply click on "Advanced Login" , Put in the "Mail server" field "purple.icw.org" and use your normal username and password.
Also recommended (but sometimes slower to use) would be to click on "Use IMAP" button as it should then keep all changes and your "Sent Items" email and keep it synchronised with the ICW server.

Lastly, if you are using the same computer on a regular basis, you can set up Outlook Express (or Mozilla Thunderbird) to access your email for you. The details are:-
POP3 or IMAP server: purple.icw.org
SMTP Server: <your Internet Provider provides the SMTP server>
username: <your username>
password: <your password>
Please note that POP3 will remove all of your email from your webmail "Inbox" and place it on your computer (but it will leave "Sent Items" and other folders there. IMAP simply accesses the email and leaves it there for you to access via Webmail later on.

RunPCRun recommend a free software package called Mozilla Thunderbird to access your IMAP email as in our opinion it deals with IMAP much better than Outlook or Outlook Express.
